Join us as we work together to RESOLVE some common issues and concerns that exist throughout the assisted living provider community.
The Division of Quality Assurance (DQA), Bureau of Assisted Living (BAL), and the Division of Long Term Care (DLTC), Bureau of Managed Care (BMC – formerly OFCE), is again partnering with LeadingAge Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Assisted Living Association, the Wisconsin Center for Assisted Living, and the Residential Services Association of Wisconsin to host a new RESOLVE Forum.
Detailed agenda of the proposed discussion topics.
This RESOLVE Forum is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. and will conclude no later than 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2015. There is no fee to participate, and you don’t even have to leave your office to participate! Through Adobe Connect Pro software, we will bring this meeting right to your office.
NOTE: This RESOLVE Forum is being held in lieu of the Assisted Living Forum that was scheduled to be held during this time frame. The remaining 2015 Assisted Living Forum schedule remains unchanged.
As we continue RESOLVE into its second year, our purpose remains to create opportunities for BAL, BMC, and the provider community to share information and address regulatory and funding issues/concerns. The intent of this RESOLVE Forum is for BAL, BMC and providers to engage in an interactive, productive and meaningful dialogue.
All assisted living communities are encouraged to participate in this May 12, 2015 online RESOLVE Forum. The discussion will be of particular interest to facility administrators and other management staff.
This RESOLVE Forum meeting will be conducted via Adobe Connect Meeting, utilizing Adobe Connect software over the internet. Adobe Connect software is a web conferencing product that allows users to conduct live meetings and presentations over the internet. There is no software for you to acquire. On Monday, May 11, 2015, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., you are invited to an Adobe Connect Meeting Test. Technical staff will be available during that time to help troubleshoot any problems you may encounter.
